Toni is a paediatric and neonatal intensivist based in Valencia (Spain) and Birmingham.
He is the clinical lead for the bronchoscopy group at General Hospital of Castellon and has extensive experience in bronchoscopy teaching at international level, with multiple courses, communications, online course, organized and delivered.
He has a particular interest in cardio-bronchial interactions in paediatric cardiac and ECMO patients and in neonatal bronchoscopy. His other two big passions are difficult access in preterm patients (brachicephalic trunk) and POCUS applied to critical care patients.
Dr Perez is passionate about teaching and training, both at an undergraduate and postgraduate level. He reached annually as senior lecturer in Critical care master at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Castellon.
He is a Founding member of TIPCAS (paediatric intensive care transport system of Castellon) and the patient safety group in the same hospital.
